These small segments take off from part 1 of the session where a new energy is introduced. Both within and after the session, the class and Julie attempt to determine the name of the new energy. Alamara seems the best candidate, but the name appears to be sung. Also included is a nice little discussion of synchronicity.

   Micciah: So please, Jon, do we have time?

   Jon: Yeah, you can do more.

   Micciah: So, what is the next question?

   Sue: Is there a name for the new energy we’re going to be calling on? Energy you talked about. A name that we can…

   Micciah: That we can say. [laughs]

   Sue: Yes.

   Micciah: As Julie has said so often when we told her. You will remember Sue, originally, she just called the energy Sam.

   Sue: Yeah.

   Micciah: And that our name is really, and perhaps all names, but it’s really My’-key-ah. It is a translation of sound in a certain way. Slight different. But of course we have always been called My’kah, and the spelling has made for great difficulties. We will have to see if we can catch the name.
   It’s more like music.
   Maybe Malia can catch it. And it is music that is not really heard in this realm, to complicate things further.
   [sings some tones devolving into] ah, la, ma, ra… Something like that. Alla, Allamm, Alla. That’s as close as we can get.

   [scene changes and a super indicates now it is just after the session is finished]

   Julie: It takes me a few seconds to rearrange the molecules. I need to rearrange my physical legs, I’ll tell you.
   Malia, did you get any sounds?

   Malia: I was… There was kind of a lot of sounds. I was really hearing nnn nnn nnn. I was interested to listen…

   Julie: It was hard to get. And I don’t know if I was correct.

   Malia: Oh yeah, of course…

   Julie: I did my best.

   Sue: Well it didn’t need to be like a real name. It just need to be a convention…

   Julie: Right.

   Sue: …that we could use to talk about it. So Sam was fine, too.

   Julie: But trying to get close to some sound that isn’t really an earthly sound, and make it through my… [finger in mouth] …through me in my earthly body.

   Malia: Well at the end it was a little bit like a two syllable… We listen back… Was like a Alla… It was close to that.

   Julie: Alamara was what I heard. Something like that, but it was sung.
   Jane Roberts did a whole book using sacred language the she channeled that she call Sumari which I’ve always thought was very much like Meredith Monk’s music.

   Sue: Did you know that was coming?

   Julie: No, but I knew I need to do it this week. It was like they weren’t waiting. They were… It was like, “No, no, no. We’re not postponing this a week. And I could feel in my meditations some of the information. But I had forgotten the questions, so… Except for the one about love. But did I know the other energy was coming? No. For the first time only. It was like the Ed Sullivan show.

   Sue: Was there a sense of another realm, or a…

   Julie: Different, just different.

   Marilyn: Different register.

   Julie: Different, different. Just different.

   Margarete: But what did it feel like? That different energy in the sense of different?

   Julie: Just radiant. And laughing.

   [everyone talks at once]

   Malia: So that was the energy itself, I was wondering?

   Julie: Yeah, I think so.

   Sue: Wow. I mean your face changed. Your face was different.

   Julie: Did it?

   Sue: I thought. [to Jon] Did you?

   Jon: [gives Sue a look to make her laugh, prevaricating] I gotta look at the tape.

   Julie: It felt… Well, a lot of it was Micciah. But the other energy… I mean, I guess it really isn’t on my left because there is no left or right. That’s just some perceptual something. But it felt over here [holding a space to her left] and just amazing love.

   Malia: Just as I walked through the subway to walk over here there was a woman singing. And the song just got into my head and the song was, “What the world needs now, love…”

   Julie [laughing] Oh really. A little preview. A little synchronistic preview.

   Kathy: That’s like the time after 911 when Tibetan monks were doing a mandala down at the American Indian, and they did the dissolution, and they were walking with the sand to the river. And we were following. And a street musician in the park was playing When The Saints Go Marching In.

   Julie: Oh really! [laughs]
   Synchronicity is one of the great ways that Spirit communicates with us. Dreams, synchronicity. You know you are in tune when those synchronous events are popping out in your life. I was very concerned about someone with whom I worked and she was out of touch with me. So, I was doing errands yesterday asking to see a sign. And I see right in from of me is a big sign that says, “Rite Aid.” Well, I guess she’s OK. And then today, she emailed me.
