JULIE WINTER CHANNELING MICCIAH
Produced by Jon Child
Transcript of Micciah March 8 2018 (part 2) (Dealing with difficult situations
Micciah offers up suggestions for how to deal with difficult situations. “Become curious.” Go from stress, to curiosity, to having them become a resource for wisdom. And if you find yourself in a repeating pattern, ask, “I this a world I want to live in?”
Micciah: We know you want to ask questions and we want to ask you as well how are you are faring in this difficult time that still holds joy within it. That still is the core of love, expressing itself. Even when the choices people make are so desperate, the core is always love. And you are always in enfolded in the eternal now. Circumstances come into your life that are difficult. We remember our dear friend Jana who used to say, “I don't want to hear the word, ‘challenging’, and I don't want to hear the word, the phrase, ‘it's an opportunity.’”
So, so here's a plan. For circumstance if difficult, you are confused, confounded, distressed. If you can take a step and become curious about it, “Hmm, here is this confounding, seemingly this unpleasant situation.” One step toward liberation is to be curious about it. “Well, what are all the bumps and lumps and wrinkles and difficulties? What are they like? Maybe I can explore them.” So you go from distress, three-part plan: to curiosity, to having whatever the incident is, become a resource for wisdom. Easier said than done. But possible.
And when you come into a pattern in your mind goes around and round seemingly forever you can ask yourself the question, “Is this a world I want to live in? My inner world? Do I want to be living in this world? “Do I want to be living in this world, of disliking myself, of being envious?
When you were caught in a series of thoughts that are familiar, that are notĀ life-affirming, ask yourself the question, “Is this the world I want to live in? My internal world?” Julie has been practicing with this. “Is this a world I want to live in? I don't think so.” So then what to do? Make another choice. Even if it seems artificial at first. Notice something beautiful. Pat your body. Appreciate someone. Move your awareness. The only person in charge of moving your awareness is you.
Julie: “What I believe happens when I am channeling is that I enter an expanded geography of the self, and that there is an overlap between what I know (my intelligence, my awareness, my experience) and something that is larger than my ordinary awareness. It may indeed be that it is all part of my awareness and that would be fine. What’s produced is a personality that is a product of the overlapping and the personality is called Micciah.
This channeling is meant to be a spiritual, emotional, intellecĀtual, heartful, mindful journey that I share with another realm, that I share with my classes and that we all share with you. Please go over the material, evaluate it for yourself, and know what it is that you think about it.”
